Until now, you have learned every aspect of Power Apps and its various features and components with real-world examples. Now it’s time to stitch these components together and develop an end-to-end solution by using an example of one real-world case study.
A retail company that sells electronic devices such as laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and watches has more than 100 stores across more than 25 countries. The company receives a lot of queries regarding its products and order deliveries, as well as complaints about orders when there are defects or in case of a delayed order delivery.
The retail company is currently facing the following business challenges when it comes to offering customer service to its clients:
