So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The dim2mea transformation
The dim2mea transformation allows us to convert a dimension to a measure. This is useful when we have a text field that has a number value, and we want to transform the text to a number:
