The Print One Command

Some applications include a Print One or Print One Copy command under the File menu (Figure 67). This command sends a single copy of the active document to the printer using the current Page Setup and Print options. The print dialog box does not appear.

Tip

The Print One command is a quick way to print one copy of a document, avoiding the Print dialog box.
