Although we have not designed this to be a textbook covering all of any particular course, we hope it will be useful as a supplemental book and resource for those in a variety of learning environments. As such, we have not tied ourselves to any particular set of standards, but rather to topics and concepts to make it more generally applicable wherever our readers may be.
