It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

6.4 Performance Manager command line interface
The Performance Manager module includes a command line interface known as ‘perfcli’,
located in the directory c:\Program Files\IBM\mdm\pm\pmcli.
In its present release,
perfcli utility includes support for ESS and SAN Volume Controller data
