Becoming Data Driven
Having knowledge of something that needs to occur does not ensure it will get done. Just understanding the need for and value of doing a certain thing is not enough to guarantee it will happen. For example, most people understand that dietary changes and exercise are the keys to a healthier lifestyle and better fitness. In fact, they can have in-depth knowledge of exactly what changes are required over what period of time to produce those changes. But actually making those changes is another matter entirely.
