I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 1. The New Web: AI and Crypto
The game has changed. It used to be that in order to build in the cryptocurrency world, it was imperative to have experience as a software developer. With new AI tools, almost anyone with some savvy computer experience can get started building crypto applications.
At the heart of this innovation is artificial intelligence and the ability to introduce “agent” workflows into creating applications. Many experienced developers understand the usage of a scheduled task in Windows or a cron job with Linux (see sidebar). These processes allow a computer system to do some sort of task automatically at a specific time. AI agents are just like a scheduled task or cron job - but with a brain.
