It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using rebalance alerts
The next option to achieve automatic rebalancing is to configure vRealize Operations to automatically rebalance your clusters when a rebalance alert is raised.
We can achieve this for datacenters and custom data centers by enabling the following Alert Definitions:
- Custom datacenter may require rebalancing to relieve heavy resource utilization in one or more clusters
- Datacenter may require rebalancing to relieve heavy resource utilization in one or more clusters
