I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If you have kids, get them started on being entrepreneurs.
The old cliché—the lemonade stand—is a good place to start.
Your kids have to figure out how much lemons cost. How much sugar costs. They have to put in their own sweat equity, that is, work. They have to figure out how much to charge for their product so they will have a profit in the end. Also, where do they sell the lemonade to get in front of as many people as possible, and at what time?
