It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Separating cities from zip codes
The table in Figure 14-12 lists zip codes and their corresponding
cities. This information should be separated and shown in two
separate columns.

To separate data:
1. Select cells B5:B12.
2. Type the formula =LEFT(A5,SEARCH(" ",A5)-1).
3. Press <Ctrl+Enter>.
4. Select cells C5:C12.
5. Type the formula =RIGHT(A5,LEN(A5)-(SEARCH
(" ",A5))).
6. Press <Ctrl+Enter>.
