In this chapter, I’ll start by defining what Microsoft Forms is, give a brief history of Microsoft Forms, and describe how Microsoft Forms and Power Automate became integral components of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, offering organizations powerful tools for data collection, automation, and workflow management. Finally, I’ll present two common scenarios for automating Microsoft Forms with Power Automate.
