I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ziel der Pilotphase ist es, den Prototypen in einem kontinuierlichen Prozess so weiterzuentwickeln, dass er schließlich als Vorlage für das Produktivsystem dient. Führen Sie dazu die Qualifizierungsprozesse im Rahmen der folgenden Vorgänge aus:
Pilot-Administratoren qualifizieren. Klären Sie offene Fragen der Administratoren, z.B. in einem Expertengespräch. Sie können auch Fragen aufwerfen, indem Sie die Konfiguration durch den Berater überprüfen und hierdurch aufgedeckte Wissenslücken gezielt angehen.
Pilot-Anwender qualifizieren. Führen Sie z.B. ein optimiertes Seminar mit den Pilotanwendern durch, um die Grundlagen zu vermitteln. Sie können diese dann wiederum in einem ebenfalls optimierten Planspiel vertiefen.
