Walter Glenn has been working in the computer industry for 20 years and has been writing for about 10 years. Walter works in Huntsville, Alabama, as a consultant, trainer, and awardwinning writer. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Walter’s work with Exchange Server began with Exchange Server 5.5.
