Formatting a Shape

Shapes are useful tools for illustrating your content. However, you can often add a lot more impact to a document by creating a formatted shape rather than using a plain black-and-white-outlined shape.

Format the Shape

Click to select the shape if it isn’t already selected.
Point to different shape styles, and click the style you want.
Click the Shape Fill button if you want to customize the color of the fill.
