It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Embedding Mashups in ASP.NET Pages
To embed the My News Popfly mashup
Start Visual Web Developer and open the PersonalPortal project. Click the Solution Explorer tab and open the PersonalPortal.master in the designer.
Click the Popfly Explorer tab. Sign on to Popfly, using your Windows Live ID. Open the Projects folder to find the My News mashup.
Drag the My News mashup from Poplfy Explorer to the Personal Portal table cell below the site’s menu. (See Figure 11-34.)

A dialog box will appear, stating that the My News mashup is not shared.
