So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Once you’ve committed to creating a library, you need to concretely identify each component you’d like to include. During this period, you’ll answer key questions such as the following:
When is the most appropriate time to discover a library?
Which components should we include in the library?
What area(s) of our experience will the library apply to?
How do we identify each one?
Discovering, identifying, and prioritizing the full collection can be completed via targeted efforts and activities that can focus a library’s scope and optimize its value.
