THE FILMMAKING TEAM
The way the camera and lighting team work together is fairly standardized; there are some regional variations but the basics are the same throughout most of the world. The commonalities of technique and tools make it possible for a crew that has never worked together before to get the job done with a fair amount of efficiency, even when it includes members from other countries. In this chapter, we will examine the duties of each member of the team and how they work together on and off the set.
