I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Caspar’s work for theater productions has garnered most of the
attention. When asked why he designs posters for theater, he
recalls, “I couldn’t answer that question two years ago, but now
I remember that I went to the Ariane Mnouschkine Theatre
when I was eight years and that I have been fascinated with
theater ever since.“ In addition, “Working on a theater poster
is working on the imagination itself. It is telling a story in as
short a manner as possible,“ and this is what invigorates him:
