It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This section is intended only to give an introduction to the underlying principles of NLP, before illustrating application against skills and behaviours for effective project management in Part 3. As such it will not teach you NLP, but it will give you a fairly complete background and sufficient understanding of it to carry out all of the specific exercises described in Part 3.
