3.1 INTRODUCTION

This is the section where we bring it all together, and put some NLP theory into practice to help develop skills for effective project management. In Appendix 2 I go further to describe a typical week in the life of a PM who has taken on board the learnings described in this chapter to become an even more effective manager.
