BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS

I was a good programmer, so my boss asked me if I would be interested in being team leader. I took it because it was a move up, but I was much better at programming than I was at leading. So I spend most of my time programming, and then there is some paperwork I have to fill out every week. I said I would try it out, but I don't think I'm really cut out for leadership.
