As we discussed earlier in this chapter, modern Digital Single Lens Reflector cameras (DSLRs), and other digital cameras as well, have a fixed sensor grid (usually placed as a Bayer filter), which just measures the light intensity of the camera.
I bet you have seen the same camera used to capture beautiful night pictures where the water looks like a silky cloud and stills that sports photographers have taken of a player at full stretch.
