In the previous chapter, we discussed the Oracle documentation set. Hopefully you have had a chance to explore the documentation so that it is becoming more familiar to you, and thus much more useful to you as well. In this chapter, we turn to a different type of documentation, the data dictionary. We will also examine some of the various dynamic performance views at our disposal.
