I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In my opinion, inspiration is the process of being mentally stimulated to do
something creative and potentially outside one’s comfort zone. Although
supply chain management and core knowledge of the pharmaceutical
drug industry were within our comfort zone, the world of pharmacy com-
pounding was denitely outside of it. e passing of H.R. 3204 and the
reality of the Drug Quality and Security Act gave us—and the industry
professionals—a chance to learn and adapt to the new law together.
