There are currently several methods for checking against null values but we have been left in want for a way to check against methods. In order to be thorough, we must create a nested structure of checks which is tedious, for example:
$pizza = null;
if ($session !== null) {
$user = $session->user;
if ($user !== null) {
$order = $user->getOrder();
if ($order !== null) {
$pizza = $order->pizza;
}
}
}
PHP 8 gives us a simpler method of checking ...
