Appendix B. Third-Party Applications
In this appendix I’ll highlight a handful of the most popular third-party applications written in, or for, PHP and MySQL. I’m a strong advocate of not reinventing the wheel, although I can appreciate doing so as a learning experience. I mention this so that before you take off into developing some great project, you might want to be aware of the already available, well-written, and free applications out there.
