So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WHY IS THIS CHAPTER WORTH READING?
In this chapter, you will learn why defect prevention (DP) is important and what the main techniques are regarding the test design. We also provide two examples of requirements refinement, which make the design of the systems to be implemented easier.
