The Norm Lieberman Refinery Troubleshooting Seminar Video Presentation
In 1988 I presented at the Texaco Refinery in Anacortes, Washington State, a three-day seminar for a group of senior plant operators and engineers. As refinery technology has not altered in the last 30 years, the material in these videos still is the same as I present currently in my seminars. The main change is that I have become older.
This material is not suitable for new operator training. The Texaco participants in the seminar were mainly experienced plant operators and engineers.
