Author Biography

Charlie Chunhua Liu, PhD (劉春華博士), was born in the village of Shihu,

Auyuan County, Jiangxi Province, China (中國江西省安遠縣蔡坊蔡仕湖上村).

He received a PhD in crop science (turfgrass management) and a master’s in

statistics (biomedical concentration) from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Liu has worked as an SAS programmer and project statistician in sev-

eral research institutions and pharmaceutical companies, including the

USEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Institute of Statistical

Sciences (NISS), the Washington University Medical School at St.Louis, Eli
