So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Explain your idea. Without going too tactical, explain briey WHAT you
are proposing . . . not HOW you plan to make it happen.
5.1 Executive Overview
This is the time to create a summary of your proposal. The notion of this
section being an “executive” summary is deliberate. In other words, keep
it short and to the point. You have explained the problem and the senior
decision makers are paying attention. Now they want to know what you
have in mind.
