Discovering your transferrable skills

This appendix expands the third ‘leaf’ in our Discovery process, ‘My Skills’ – as described in Chapters 8 and 9 – and includes exercises, in addition to the ones in Chapter 10 (numbered 18–24) to allow deeper thinking around transferrable skills and competencies.

It is aimed at executives who have not had a real opportunity to look at their careers before, outlining a stepwise approach.
