How it works...
In this recipe, we covered techniques that can be used to reduce app file size. The smaller the JavaScript bundle is, the faster the JavaScript interpreter will be able to parse the code, translating into faster app load times, and quicker OTA updates. The smaller we can keep our .ipa and .apk files, the faster our users will be able to download the app.
