I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
API authentication
All of the API calls in Redash support authentication with an API key. Redash has two types of API keys:
- User API Key: This has the same permissions as the user who owns it, and can be found on the user profile page. Click on Users in the top-right corner and choose Edit Profile:
- Query API Key: This only has access to the query and its results, and can be found on the query page. Click on the query menu (1) and choose Show API Key (2):
