In the fall of 2011, a 31-year-old Rick Scheeler sat in a somewhat uncomfortable chair that minutes earlier had been dragged into the oversized conference room of his Rockwood, Ohio, office where I was conducting a coaching class. Rick had been working as a financial planner for a number of years and was very unhappy. He was working 80 hours per week and feeling like there had to be more to life.
