Dieser Abschnitt enthält eine Liste (zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung dieses Buches) von Medientypen, die du bei der Erstellung deiner eigenen RWAs berücksichtigen solltest. Die meisten von ihnen sind bereits bei der Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) registriert. Einige befinden sich noch im Registrierungsprozess, und einige wurden neugeschaffen.

Wenn du dieses Buch liest, sind vielleicht schon einige neue Medientypen hinzugekommen und einige, die hier aufgelistet sind, sind vielleicht nicht mehr so beliebt. Es ist eine gute Idee, die Änderungen in der Medientypenregistrierung im Laufe der Zeit im Auge zu behalten.
