So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4 Der Retrospektiven-Facilitator
Die Rolle des Retrospektiven-Facilitators ist sehr wichtig. Sie kann das Zünglein an der Waage sein, wenn es um den Erfolg einer Retrospektive geht. Wenn man aber ein paar Dinge beachtet und sich in das Thema Facilitation einarbeitet, kann es eine Menge Spaß machen. Genau das ist das Ziel dieses Kapitels.
