When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
8 Verteilte Retrospektiven
Mit dem Fortschreiten der Globalisierung gibt es immer mehr Teams, die nicht mehr zusammen an einem Standort arbeiten, sondern über mehrere Standorte verteilt sind. Bedingt durch diese Verteilung kommt es automatisch auch zu einer Distanz zwischen den Teammitgliedern. Im besten Falle befinden sich diese verteilten Teams in der gleichen Zeitzone oder in Zeitzonen mit nur sehr kleinem Zeitunterschied (1–2 Stunden). Es gibt aber immer mehr Teams, die über den ganzen Globus verteilt sind und deren Arbeitszeiten z.T. gar keine zeitliche Überschneidung mehr haben. Zusätzlich zu der zeitlichen und körperlichen Distanz kann es dann noch die Distanz, die durch Kultur, Sprache, Politik oder Geschichte entsteht, geben. Selbstverständlich ...
