BALLOON PREP:

• Let’s get to the balloon

prep! Blow up and deflate

one black balloon and one

clear balloon. This will

help later on.

• Create red confetti by

cutting a handful of ⁄"

squares of red tissue

paper (Figure

• Using the funnel, load

the black balloon with the

confetti, using a pencil to

gently push the confetti

down through the funnel

(Figure

Remove the funnel from

the balloon, and stick

your pencil halfway into

the black balloon nozzle,

eraser end first (Figure

black balloon into the clear

one, slowly, and with the
