small, rolled piece of

masking tape. This will

help strengthen the wire

so we can bend it later on

with less risk of breakage.

• On the other side of the momentary button, solder the

wire directly across from the resistor to the 8” green

wire. Keeping all the wires pointing in the same direction,

lay your green wire along the black one first, then solder

it to the button’s wire.

• Solder the 6" red wire to the other wire on the button that
