It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

RDD
）
Apache Spark は、耐障害性分散データセット（Resilient Distributed Datasets = RDD）と呼ばれ
るイミュータブルな Java 仮 想 マ シ ン（ JVM）のオブジェクトの分散コレクションを中心として構成され
ています。本書では Pythonを使っていくので、Pythonのデータがこの JVMオブジェクトの中に保存
されるということを覚えておいてください。このことについては、RDDやDataFrameに関するこれ以
降の章でさらに詳しく述べていきます。これらのオブジェクトを使うことで、いかなるジョブにおいても
高速に演算処理を実行できます。RDDはメモリを有効に利用して計算、キャッシュ、保存されます。こ
