I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Greg is a visionary real estate developer and has been a leader in shaping Seattle’s density, traffic, growth, and sustainability planning since long before it was trendy to do so. He’s also an entrepreneur who, in addition to co-founding Cherry Street Coffee and a handful of other uniquely Northwest businesses, is somewhat singlehandedly bringing the electric car to Seattle via a Nissan-LEAF boutique dealership he’s developing in the rapidly growing Stadium neighborhood.
