I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Tracy Rector and Annie Silverstein are co-founders of Longhouse Media, which uses digital media as a means for awareness and education among Native Americans and indigenous youth. Their groundbreaking program, Native Lens, has taught filmmaking skills to more than 1500 youths in the past five years, and Longhouse films have screened with PBS, National Geographic, and at the Cannes Film Festival. Seattle: Community Sweats at Daybreak Star, Capoeira Malês studio, cocktails at Tavern Law, Rancho Bravo Tacos, Chief Seattle Club on First Thursdays.
