So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter covered some of the important features included in ServiceDesk Plus that help users with some of the small and important day-to-day tasks. The software also contains several other helpful features and the reader is encouraged to explore them as those are mostly self-explanatory and best experienced hands-on. These features enhance the overall experience of using the software.
