I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using the AppleCare Channel
The AppleCare channel gives you direct access to the Apple site, containing Apple's Knowledge Base. The Apple Knowledge Base is a huge database containing tips, tricks, features, troubleshooting, and answers to questions concerning every Macintosh model that was ever made. This is the same database used by Apple support techs, when they're trying to help you solve a problem, and it's available to you through Sherlock. The AppleCare channel is not just for information. For example, you might want to download the latest software updates for Panther, so you open the AppleCare channel, type Panther updates into the search field, and then click the Search button.
