I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
In 1979, Henry Mintzberg published The Structuring of Organizations, in 512 pages. In 1983, he published these ideas in about half the length, under the title Structure in Fives. It became the best seller of his sixteen books. (Others of his books include Managers Not MBAs [2004], Mintzberg on Management [1989], and The Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning [1994].)
