PERSPECTIVE

Perspective introduces structure to our artwork. We can bang away blindly on a piano and make a lot of noise, but once we know about chords and melody, we can create music. The same is true for visual art. Splashes of color and unbridled expression can be wonderful things, but with a little knowledge of underlying structure and perspective, our sketches begin to sing.
