I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The third edition of this book appeared after the publication of Electronics for Vinyl [1] which allowed the vinyl-oriented material in this book to be cut down and the space freed used for new stuff. All the phono material that was in the Second edition of Small Signal Audio Design is in Electronics for Vinyl, plus a great deal more. Therefore in this Fourth edition, as well as in the Third edition, the chapters on moving-magnet (MM) inputs have been reduced to one; this cannot and does not give comprehensive coverage of a very big subject, but it does provide the most important information with many pointers to where more (and usually very ...
