If there is only one thing you learn from this book, let it be this: Stop attaching your identity, your worth or your happiness to your job.
Your job is simply one aspect of your life. It's where you work hard in exchange for monetary and non-monetary benefits. So why is it that so many of us associate our personal success directly with our career? I'm not saying you shouldn't try your best at work, but your best does not mean compromising your happiness or health.
