Bibliography
Learning to use type properly might take a lifetime, but it will be a lifetime of fun. In case you have now been bitten by the typographic bug, here is what we recommend as further reading on the subject. The list is far from complete, but includes both practical manuals and classic works. Some of these books are out of print, but can be found with a little effort in good used book stores or online. Not that we suggest you do your reading online, but plenty of useful information about type and typography can be found on the web.
