Costs and Profit: What’s in a Name?
I eat meat. This may offend some, but I do. If I offend you by doing so, I apologize. One of my favorite meats is steak. I love steak. Someone mentioning a steak dinner conjures up various images for steak lovers. For some, steak may mean Outback. For others, it may mean Morton’s. Steak from Outback is different from steak served at Morton’s. Not to knock either one, they’re just different. The same word, steak, has two interpretations. Hence, when talking about steak, using the right language and setting the most appropriate context is important.
